He was a first-team Big 11 pick by the Patriot-News (Harrisburg, PA) and helped lead West Perry to the Mid-Penn III championship and to the PIAA Class AAA quarterfinals.
Santmyer, a senior at Oakton High School, is a four-year letterwinner for the Cougars and earned second-team All-Concorde District honors last spring. A left-handed hitter, he currently is batting .415 with six doubles, a triple, no home runs and four RBI. Last season, he batted .413 with three homers and 21 RBI. He also earned two letters with the football team at Oakton, earning first-team all-district laurels last fall.

A first baseman when he doesn't pitch, Stiffler is batting .321 with three doubles and 10 RBI. Last season, he earned first-team all-county and Laurel Highlands Conference honors after posting a 6-0 record with a 1.62 ERA, striking out 61 in 52 innings. He was selected to the Team One National Show, which is comprised of the top 90 high school prospects in the nation.
